To safeguard partner rights and maintain system fairness, CC Beauty Membership top-up system offers a reasonable refund mechanism. If a member wishes to apply for a refund due to adjustments in their personal business plan during the top-up period, the following regulations will apply.
Member stored value is valid from the date of top-up. You can apply for a refund once a year.If the period exceeds one year, it will be considered that the member usage period has been completed, and refund applications will not be accepted.
The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the corresponding administrative and system costs based on the usage time after topping up, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Calculation of Refund Amount:Refund Amount = Remaining Balance − Processing Fee
If a member has already used the relevant membership benefits prior to requesting a refund, the amount will be calculated based on the original price and deducted from the prepaid balance.
