- Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Shipping notification: If the product is out of stock or defective, we will contact you by phone, text message, or email.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
- Delivery order cut-off time: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day at the earliest, and will arrive the next day.
- Convenience store pickup order deadline: Orders placed by 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday, will be shipped the same day at the earliest, and will arrive in approximately 3-4 days (you will be notified by SMS when it arrives).
